When should I order for Christmas?
Order by December 5 for delivery in the US before Christmas. Each ornament is printed to order: 2–5 business days to print plus 2–6 days of shipping.
Can I order ornaments for the whole family?
Yes. Add as many as you like: the first item in your order is full price and every extra item is 25% off, ornaments included.
Can two pets share one ornament?
Yes. Put up to 3 pets in one portrait for +$10 per extra pet.
Do I have to use a Christmas style?
No. Any of our 13 styles works on the ornament, from Santa Paws to Tiny CEO or the Renaissance-style Old Money.
