Shipping & returns

Every item is printed to order just for you. We currently ship within the United States. Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping takes 2–6 business days, so most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks. During the holiday rush (November–December) production can take a few days longer. Shipping is free on orders over $59, otherwise $6.95.

Likeness promise: you approve your portrait before ordering. If it doesn't look like your pet, contact us before it ships and we'll redo it free or refund you in full.

Because each item is personalised, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint it or refund you — no need to send it back.
