We collect the photos you upload, your email if you give it to us, and the details needed to ship and bill your order (checkout and payment are handled by Shopify).

Your photos are used only to create your portraits and fulfil your order. We strip location data from uploads. We don't sell your data or use your pet photos in ads without asking.

You can ask us to delete your photos and data at any time and we'll do it within 30 days.

We use the Meta pixel to measure our ads. You can opt out through your browser or ad settings.
