What photo should I use?
One clear, well-lit phone photo where the face and eyes are visible. A face-on photo in good light keeps the stripes sharp, especially around the eyes.
Can I add my other cats or dogs?
Yes. Up to 3 pets can share one portrait, +$10 per extra pet, each from its own photo.
Is it painted by hand?
No. The portrait is made with AI from your photo, which is why you can see it right away. Then we print it on a real canvas, blanket, mug, poster or ornament.
How long does delivery take?
